IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?
Yes, we can ship to a Post Office Box. Unfortunately, this does not apply to APO (Army Post Office) addresses. CAN YOU SHIP BULK OR LARGE ORDERS?

And no matter how big your item is, you will only pay shipping fees once, regardless of how many packages we need to send!

Customs clearance in the country where the products are being exported from, as well as customs in the destination country, are the main causes of delays. Your tracking code may indicate that your order has not moved for 5 days for this exact reason.
The delivery steps includes the packages passing from local on to national postal service hubs, exportation through exit ports, transit through the international postal service to the destination country, importation (customs clearance) and finally national to local post offices in your country before it is delivered to its final destination.
In each succeeding phase, the delivery time is affected. It doesn’t matter if the majority of these processes are completed effectively and on time, one break in the delivery-chain delays the next one.

HOW LONG DOES PAYMENT PROCESSING TAKE?

A tracking code is sent to you within 2-5 business days after your product has been paid for and released for shipping.
A signature is required upon delivery of the shipment using EMS (USPS) tracked shipping. You can track the progress of your package through these sites:

THE TRACKING WEBSITE DOESN’T RECOGNIZE MY TRACKING CODE
Only after 72 hours can orders be tracked. The reason being that after the order leaves our warehouse it then makes its way to the logistics hub to await customs clearance; only then is a tracking code issued. Contact us if you don’t see a tracking code in the system after 3 business days though.
Customers in the United States are encouraged to use www.track-trace.com until the item reaches their country’s borders. After that, you may track your package using the USPS website. It’s advised that you register your email address on the USPS website so that they can send you regular updates on the status of your package.
THE TRACKING WEBSITE SHOWS THAT MY ORDER IS NOT MOVING
Expect this to happen when an item is being held at customs and is awaiting clearance. In no way does this imply that there’s a potential problem. Please contact us however if your tracking code shows that your order hasn’t moved for 10 days and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
With this tracking code in hand, you can also contact your local EMS office or USPS branch to look into the problem in more detail.
WHAT’S THE LIKELYHOOD THAT MY PACKAGE IS SEIZED BY CUSTOMS?

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED
You may not have received your order owing to two reasons:
1. It may have been lost in the mail
We ask that you contact us via our Contact Us page with your order ID number if you have not received either your order or a notification of your order being seized at customs after 30 days. We will reship your order as soon as we verified that you have not received it.
2. Customs control may have seized the order
Please provide us with a scanned copy of the Customs & Excise seizure letter to our email in case this happened.
WHY IS RESHIPPING TAKING SO LONG?
When you order from us, we realize that you want to receive your things as quickly as possible. It’s our goal though, to get them to you without any hassles at all.
